Fred Rocha

Throughout his 35 years of service in education, Fred Rocha has served the needs of a wide variety of constituents. He has held technical and instructional leadership positions, made difficult decisions and blazed trails. His unique blend of technical, instructional and interpersonal skills has granted him the ability to work with diverse populations to achieve successful outcomes. Fred holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management and Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Instructional Technology. Fred is currently serving as the Executive Director of Information Services for the Coast Community College District. He is the Southern Section Vice-President of the California Chief Information Systems Officer Association and serves on the North American Ellucian Advisory Council. He is one of three founding members of the California Community College Consortium, Information Systems (4CIS).
