Dr. James Temple

James Temple is currently the Assistant Superintendent/Vice President of Technology at College of the Canyons in Santa Clarita California. With over 27 years in education serving in various roles including Instructional Computer Lab Technician, Computer Technician, Director of Network & Computer Support Services, Adjunct Faculty member, James has a wide variety of hands-on experience in the IT world. He earned an Ed.D. from the University of LaVerne in Organizational Leadership, Masters in Public Administration and a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in MIS from CSUN. James currently serves as the President of the Chief Information Systems Officers Association (CISOA) and was recently appointed to the North American Ellucian Advisory Council.
