Cynthia taught in Communication Studies at City College of San Francisco for almost twenty years before moving into administration. In 2020, she was part of the core “early adopters” of online learning at City College, enthusiastically developing public speaking and interpersonal communication courses. Her passion and commitment to distance education follows her as she serves as the Dean of Online Learning.
