This session will examine data regarding the needs indicated by online noncredit instructors and identify resources and strategies to provide support. The ASCCC Common Course Management System Online Noncredit Workgroup recently surveyed online noncredit instructors in the field to determine what, if any, unique needs they have. This data can be used to effect changes to better support faculty and as a result, increase student performance and satisfaction in the online modality.
