James Glapa-Grossklag

James is Dean at College of the Canyons, supervising Online Education, Tutoring, and Libraries. For the state Chancellor’s Office, he directs the DECT grant and co-coordinated Technical Assistance for the ZTC grant program. James is past President of the Open Education Consortium; CCCOER; and DET/CHE. He served as a trainer on OER for the US State Department and is a frequent invited speaker on OER and online education. He teaches online courses on accessibility and digital citizenship. He earned tenure as a faculty member in history.
