Dr. Scott Conrad

Scott Conrad is the Interim Dean of Academic Information services at MiraCosta College in Oceanside, CA, overseeing the District IT functions and Libraries. Scott has been a Dean/IT Director at California Community Colleges for 11 years and prior to that an IT Program Manager with the County of Sonoma, Consultant, VP of two technology startups and 25 years as an engineer and manager with Hewlett Packard working on ERP software and electronic test equipment test software and support. Scott has an Ed.D. from Brandman/Chapman University, MS in Management of Technology from Walden University, MBA in Management information Systems from the University of Minnesota and BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin. Scott currently serves on the boards of CISOA and ACCCA.
