Carolyn Brown teaches online classes at Foothill College. She has been an evangelist of “anytime, anywhere” learning from the nascency of asynchronous, location-independent online classes to the current world of smartphone engagement. Her online teaching practice supports and encourages students to engage with instructional content, classmates, teachers, and other resources using any device available to them.
