We accept all major credit cards up until the conference dates.

We accept PayPal payments up until the conference dates.

Paying by Check (Deadline is May 1, 2020)
We accept check payments until May 1, 2020, all checks must be received by May 20, 2020.

Please make checks payable to Palomar College / CCC TechConnect and include “OTC 2020 Registration” with attendee name/s in the memo or on a separate sheet of paper.

What is NOT included in my Conference registration?

  • Parking – for more information please visit our Parking and Transportation page.
  • Hotel Accommodations – to make your overnight reservation at OTC’s host hotel, the Pasadena Sheraton, please visit OTC Hotel Reservations.
  • Pre-Conference Workshops (Wednesday, 9:00am – 4:00pm)– the OTC offers a wide variety of Pre-Conference Workshops, available for an additional fee. Please visit: OTC’20 Pre-Conference Workshops page.

Please Note

Badges – All OTC scheduled events, including evening receptions, are for conference ticketed guests only.  Event badge required for entry.

Cancellation Policy – ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you are unable to attend and would like to TRANSFER your ticket to another name, you can do so by June 3, 2020.  Please email the OTC Registration Team at info@onlineteachingconference.org for assistance.

Audio/Video Consent Notification – By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, or any other purpose by the Online Teaching Conference and its affiliates and representatives.

Policy regarding children – OTC is an adults only event. Due to insurance issues, children are not permitted in the event spaces (workshops, sessions, ballrooms, exhibit hall, receptions, etc.). If you are traveling with children, please make sure you have adequate childcare arrangements in place while you attend OTC events and activities.
