Professor Clark received her MS in Health education with a nutrition and wellness emphasis in the College of Professional studies at the University of West Florida. She has over 12 years of experience working in Riverside, San Bernardino and Orange counties. Her skills include; planning, implementing and evaluating nutrition and health education programs in the private practice, community health and academic settings. She is a @one trained instructor for introduction to online learning with Canvas; Certified Online Instructor at her college. Professional accomplishments include: a successful tenure on both the curriculum committee then the Distance Education sub –committee. While she served, a more streamlined approach to program review was completed; revised distance learning approval process for delivering courses in the online format; designed an evaluation rubric (based on the OEI) for evaluating and updating online courses at her college.
