Kimberly Ondo, DHA is a professor at Purdue University Global in the School of Health Sciences where she teaches in the Master of Healthcare Administration program. Prior to entering higher education in 2010, Ondo worked in various leadership roles in health care facilities across the United States. She lived as an undercover nursing home resident for 48 hours and then wrote about her experience. Known as the undercover boss, she uses this unique experience to prepare her students in the field. She has won several awards and is recognized for creating an online community that fosters a student-centered learning environment.
