Discussion boards can be a useful way to encourage student writing and critical thinking. They are effective tools for encouraging discussion. During this session, attendees will examine several different discussion board prompts, sample student responses and work on their own prompt. (This session is offered at two times: Tuesday, 6/20 at 2:10pm and Wednesday, 6/21 at 10:20am)
