In person attendance is $100 for early bird registration. After midnight April 15, 2009 fee increases to $150. Walk in on the day of conference is $200.

In addition to full access to the conference, you will receive two breakfasts and two lunches.

Online attendance is FREE. However due to limited staff resources, only about 25% of the conference can be made available online.
