LeBaron Woodyard, Ph.D. is the Dean of Academic Affairs for the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office. He has forty-seven years of experience in higher education and is currently responsible for: Distance Education, Library and Learning Resources Programs, Faculty and Staff Minimum Qualifications, Flexible Calendar and Open Educational Resources. Dr. Woodyard initiated the first system wide Telecommunications and Technology Infrastructure Program (TTIP) that has facilitated technology innovation in the California Community Colleges since 1996. The TTIP has provided over $150,000,000 in technology funding and was responsible for programs like CCC Apply, CCC Confer, @ONE Faculty Development Center, and CCC E-Transcript.
