In this session, learn about how Cerro Coso Community College extends its support services to its online population – many of whom are geographically far away from the colleges various onsite campuses.  We will discuss some of the many ways the college  uses readymade technology solutions and custom scripting to offer students and faculty access to services such as clubs, tutoring, proctoring, technical support, and faculty information without ever  having to leave the Canvas course environment. By allowing its audience to access services directly in there Canvas courses, the college ensures a sense of engagement and community in its online environment.  (This session is offered at two times; Tuesday, 6/20 at 1:10pm and Wednesday, 6/21 at 11:20am.)
