In April of 2016, the Chancellor’s Office-led Institutional Effectiveness Partnership Initiative launched an online portal known as the Professional Learning Network (PLN). The PLN is intended to be a one-stop site that provides California community college employees with access to effective practices, trainings, and other resources for faculty, staff, administrators, and trustees.
